Low Fat Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients
3 medium sweet potatoes, thinly sliced4 tsp. baking Splenda2 tsp. cinnamonpinch of salt0.5 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spread
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Slice sweet potatoes into about 1/4 in thick slices. Using a napkin or fingers, spread the margarine spread over a cookie sheet. Lay the slices of sweet potato on it and then flip (so that each side has a little margarine on it). Sprinkle the splenda and cinnamon on. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.

Makes about 6 servings.
