Mustard Dill Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
* Red Potato, 200 grams * *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp * *pure white vinegar, 0.5 tsp * Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp * Pepper, black, 1 dash * Parsley, 3 tbsp * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
Mix mustard, vinegar, dill, pepper, parsley and olive oil in a bowl. Set aside.

Dice potatoes and boil in pot until tender. About 15-20 minutes. Add to mustard mixtures. Squish with fork and mix. Serve hot.
