Chicken Tomatillo soup

Ingredients
4 boneless/skinless chick breasts2 cups low sodium chicken stock1/2 cup lime juice1 4oz can chopped green chilies2 tbsp chilli powder2 tbsp cumin6 garlic cloves sliced2 baby zucchini, cubed6 tomatillos, quartered1 14 oz can plum tomatoes, drained and sliced1 1/2 cups chopped onionCilantro
Directions
Boil chicken breasts in stock w/ lime juice, garlic, spices and green chillies. about 25 minutes. Remove chicken and let cool (just enouch to handle); dice or shred. Reduce temp to a simmer; add in onion, tomatoe, zucchini,and tomatillos. Let simmer appox 30 minutes. Return chicken to pot. makes 8, 1-cup servings
