Chicken with Parmesan Noodles

Ingredients
4 oz whole wheat spaghetti2 large carrots, thinly sliced1/2 Tbsp country crock + calcium6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces2 Tbsp basil pesto1 Tbsp reduced fat parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in a nonstick skillet, cook carrots in melted margarine over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until no pink remains. Add pesto; toss to coat.

Drain pasta. Return pasta to pan and mix with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
