Edamame and corn salad

Ingredients
1 package edamame, shelled1 package white cornred onion, chopped (about 0.25 cup)bell peppers, chopped (about 0.25 cup of whatever color you prefer)2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped2 Tbsp. rice vinegar1 - 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Add all of the vegetables and mix well. Mix the oil and vinegar together and toss into the veggies.
