32 oz. plain, low fat yogurt1 large English cucumber, peeled and shredded5 cloves garlic, minced3 tbsp distilled white wine vinegar1/4 cup extra virgin olive oilsalt to taste
requires 6 hours sitting time initially.
yields 32 servings of a little over an ounce
1. Place a cheese cloth over a medium bowl and strain the yogurt 6 hours in the fridge or overnight
2. Drain as much excess liquid from cucumber & garlic as possible
3. in a large bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Stir until thickened.
