Ingredients
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (reduced fat)1 can Tomato Soup1 lb. beef stew meat (cubes)8 oz. sliced mushrooms1 lb. baby carrotsabout 4 yukon potatoes, 14 oz. cubed1 cup sweet red peppers, diced1 cup chopped onionLipton Beefy Onion soup mix, 1 envelope
Directions
Makes 6 servings. Put all ingredients in crockpot (use a slow cooker liner for easier cleanup). Cook for 8-10 hours.
