Honey Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry

1/4 cup chopped broccoli1/4 cup sliced celery5 baby carrots, sliced thin1/4 cup chopped cauliflower1 lg. clove garlic, minced3 oz. skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces6 Tbsp. KC Masterpiece Honey Teriyaki with sesame Marinade3 cups fresh spinach leaves
marinade all chopped and sliced veggies in 3 tbsp Honey Teriyaki for 1.5 hours
marinade chicken breast pieces in 3 tbsp Honey Teriyaki for 1.5 hours
Stir-Fry veggies over med-high heat for 10 min.
Drain chicken. Add to veggie mixture. Stir-fry til chicken is done.
Steam spinach. Stir spinach, veggie-chicken mixture together with 1/2 cup hot cooked brown rice.
Serve immediately.
