Peas & Eggs

Ingredients
1 egg2 egg whites1 slice nonfat cheese1 cup frozen peas1/4 tsp red pepper1 tbsp margarine
Directions
1. Cook frozen peas in a pan, with 1 cup water. (Salt & Pepper to taste).
2. Beat eggs with red pepper.
3. Cook eggs in a seperate pan.
4. When peas are cooked, remove water & put on a plate, along with the eggs.
5. Cut cheese into little strips & place over eggs.
6. Put dish in microwave for 30 sec (until cheese melts).
7. Get a fork/spoon & enjoy!
