Herb Marinated Tomatoes

Ingredients
2 Pints Grape Tomatoes2/3 Cup minced parsley leaves3 minced green onions2 ribs celery chopped3 tbsp vegetable oil2 tbsp brown sugar1 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar3/4 tsp oregano3/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp celery seed1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Mix parsley, green onions, celery, oil, brown sugar, vinegar, and all the seasonings in a ziplok bag. Pierce tomatoes in 2 -3 places with a fork so that the marinade will penetrate. Add tomatoes to ziplok and chill up to 8 hours.

Do not use olive oil as it will coagulate when chilled.
