Ingredients
1/2 c. tuna canned in water,med tomato cubed,1tbls. pickle relish, 2 tbls fat free miracle whip,2 large mushrooms sliced(optional)1/2 cup red beans (optional : I put them in for fiber)whatever kind of lettuce you prefer, I think shredded works best
Directions
mix all ingredients together. great way to eat tuna salad without bread. very good and filling
