ED'S Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients
2/3 cup part-skim milk ricotta cheese1 tbsp dried basil or 1/4 cup fresh1 oz sun dried tomatoes, softened and diced3 cloves garlic diced4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic and Herb seasoning
Directions
Serves 4, 1 chicken breast each

Preheat oven to 425.
Mix cheese, basil, tomatoes, and garlic until well combined. Cut a pocket into chicken breast and stuff with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with sesoning in baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160
