Vietnamese Crockpot Chicken

4-6 chicken breasts1 1/2 Tbl lite soy sauce1 1/2 Tbl fish sauce1 1/2 tsp white sugar1/2 tsp black pepper4 cloves chopped garlic1 Tbl canola oil
Place chicken in bottom of crockpot, combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl, and pour over the top of the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours, or on high for 3-4. The cooking time is dependent on how thick your chicken pieces are, and if they are fresh or frozen.
