Simple Potato and Leek Soup

Ingredients
500g Potatoes, peal and dice2 leeks, wash, dry and slice1 Liter Chicken StockSalt and pepper200mL 2% milk (or cream, i find using milk takes down the fat level a lot and still gives a great taste)
Directions
Recipe makes 4 servings

Combine Potatoes and leeks in 1 Liter chicken stock, bring to boil then simmer for 30 minutes.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and mash

Add milk, and enjoy!
