1 cup Beaten Eggs1/4 cup Olive Oil2 Ripe Bananas (smashed)1 tsp Vanilla1/4 tsp salt2 cup Oatmeal2 cup Bisquick1 cup Ricotta Cheese1 cup Craisins5 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
Blend olive oil, eggs, vanilla, salt, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, bananas until smooth. Add other ingredients and bake 350 Degrees for 35 minutes in 24 large muffin pan.
