Chicken Squash Stir-fry

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 21 ounces sliced into stripsRed Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 10 cloves, choppedJalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper mincedPeanut Oil, 2 TbspSalt, 2 tspPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tbspSoy Sauce, 4 tbspMolasses, 2 tbspHoney, 1 tbspAssorted Summer Squash, 4 cups cubedMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, sliced
Directions
Heat Oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat
Add chicken, onion, garlic, and jalapenos and cook unil chicken is almost cooked through
Add salt, black pepper, cayenne, soy sauce, molasses and honey and stir to coat
Add squash and mushrooms and continue stirring until squash is cooked through but still firm.
Serve with steamed or brown rice.
