Fennel and beet salad

Ingredients
5 beets roasted and diced1 fennel bulb chopped1 cup shredded lettuce1 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp basil1 tbsp tarragon salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients except for lettuce.
Put lettuce on a serving platter and top with fennel and beet mixture.
