Seven grain bread

Ingredients
4 pkg. active dry yeast4 c. warm water (110- 115 degrees)1 c. warm milk (110- 115 degrees)6 T. brown sugar1/4 c sugar1/4 c.oil1/4 c molasses2 T. salt2 c. rye flour our 7 grain mix10 or so c.white flour1/4 c caraway seeds (optional)
Directions
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Add sugars, molasses, and salt. Add in whole wheat flour and (carawayoptional) and stir. Add in white flour until you can work it without it sticking to your hands.

Put in large container and cover with dish towel. let rise to double size. punch down and let rise again.

When double again, split into four lof pans and let rise an inch or so above side.

Bake at 350 for 32 min.

This bread freeses well as long as you knead the flour in well enough.
