1/2 Ripe Banana.2 C. Frozen, UnSweetened Strawberries.1 tsp. Ground Flax Seed.1 tsp. Honey.1 C. Low Sugar/Fat Vanilla Soy Milk.3 Ice Cubes, if needed to thicken.3 Tbsp., Arizona Diet Green Tea with Gingseng.
Drop all the fruit and the flax seed, into a Blender- pulse until smooth.
Add all of the liquids and pulse or blend until desired consistency. Serve immediately or may be kept in the freezer in an air tight container.
