Radiance Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 apple, cut into chunks1/2 orange, peeled and cut into chunks3/4 cup pure carrot juice1/2-1 inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled.
Directions
chop one half of a corred apple and one half of a peeled orange in a small blender with 3/4 cup of pure carrot juice and a small piece (1/2-1 inch piece) of peeled fresh ginger root. Blend until desired consistancy reached.

(I used my Magic Bullet which makes a perfect one serving size with less clean up!)

This recipe can also be done in a juicer using whole carrots, but it will have less fiber.
