Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine browned ground beef, beans, cheese, onions, green peppers, salsa and taco seasoning.

Center a tortilla on the square of foil and then put 1/2 cup of the burrito filling in the center of the tortilla. Fold burrito style and then fold the aluminum foil over and seal ends. Do not wrap tightly! They need to be aluminum foil pockets so the heat can distribute through the burritos.

You don't metion how large the tortillas are. Are these the little ones (like for soft tacos) or are they they actual burrito sized? I ended up using the burrito sized 96% fat free, and they turned out fabulous! - 5/28/10

UPDATE: made these again last night and I did add brown rice. They were very filling. This morning I scrambled two eggs and added a couple spoonfuls of the meat mixture. My 14 year old said, "That was delicious." - 5/21/10
