4 potatoes (sliced thin)1 tbsp olive oilseasonings of your choice (I use garlic powder, paprika, and basil)
Microwave the potato slices for 5 minutes to soften them.
Coat a piece of foil with the olive oil (foil should be large enough to fold over potatoes) and spread your potatoes on it. Sprinkle the potatoes with your chosen seasonings and fold the foil, sealing the potatoes inside.
Bake in the over at 350 for 10 minutes or put on the grill.
Rather use a pan? Omit the foil!
