Honey Baked Chicken

Ingredients
8 Chicken Thighs Bone and Skin still IntactSauce:1/3 cup light margarine1/3 cup honey2T yellow mustard1t Salt1t curry powder
Directions
Combine sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and heat until margarine is melted and mixed well. Place chicken in a 9x13 pan and pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 baste the chicken every 15 min for 1 1/2 hours. Or until crispy and reaching an internal temperature of at least 160
