Ingredients
* Yellow Cornmeal, 1.5 cup (remove) * *Flour, white, .75 cup (remove) * Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove) * *Milk substitutes, Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk, 1 cup (remove) * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) * *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 3 tbsp (remove) * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels (remove) * Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
1) pre heat oven to 400 degrees
2) grease a 9 by 13 inch pan
3) sift all dry ingredients together in one bowl
4) MIX ALL WET INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
5) while mixing dry ingredients pour liqiuds
6) bake for 15 to 20 mins /divide into 16 servings
