Creamy Rotel Cheese Dip

Ingredients
1 large block (32oz) Velveeta Cheese Product 1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies 2 cup Whole Milk / Vitamin D
Directions
Cut block of cheese in cubes and place in large microwavable bowl. Pour Rotel over cheese with liquid included. Add milk and stir mixture. Cover bowl loosely with plastic wrap. Place in microwave and heat on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Repeat heat and stir until cheese is completely melted. Careful removing the plastic wrap each time as steam will be hot and can burn. Mixture will be creamy with no burnt edges. Serve. Makes 32 1/4 cup servings. Excess cheese can be refrigerated and reheated as needed.
