Crockpot Breakfast

Ingredients
4 cups Ore Ida Peppers & Onions Hash Browns1.5 cups egg beaters (I use Southwestern style)1 cup chopped ham
Directions
Spray 2 qt. crock pot with non stick spray. Layer 2 cups hash browns, 1/2 cup ham and 3/4 cup egg beaters. Repeat layer. Cook on low about 8 hours. This makes 3 servings (for me, maybe more for you).
