This is a per serving recipe ....makes 1 serving ...add ingredients accordingly
You can also:
*omit the feta
*use a different salad spritz
*use any seaoning you have availible
*jazz it up with zucchini slices..diced tomatoes
Preheat oven to 400- if you use a thicker piece of chicken 50 mins
380- for a pounded out piece 45mins
**ovens vary so please know your bake times for chicken
**baking time varies of course ...if the chicken is thicker or thinner always bake poultry to 180 at its thickest point.
lay a piece of tin foil down
get chicken breast and pound it out or just pull it apart
place it on the foil
spritz the inside of the chicken with dressing spritz ( I prefer a blasamic vinegrette type)
lay down the feta (or other type of cheese..if you dont like cheese try substituting with diced tomatos...OR not at all)
put the asparagus in the chicken in opposite directions:
(I have stuffed up to 6 medium asparagus..maybe you could fit more =0) )
spray olivio ( or any other spray "butter"..oleo)
sprinkle some garlic over
sprinkle some seasoning
fold chicken closed and secure with a couple of toothpicks
*NOTE*
chicken may stay closed if you pounded it out
spinkle some seasoning on the outside of the chicken...add some diced/sliced tomatos..you can jazz it up but add your calories accordingly
loosely fold foil closed and pop in the oven
