Diana's Chili

Ingredients
1 pound extra lean ground beef1 can black beans1 can white beans2 cans kidney beans4 small cans crushed tomatoes with chilies1 small can (5 or 6 oz) tomato paste1/4 cup brown mustard2 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp pepper1 tsp salt dash ground ginger
Directions
Drain and wash all the beans. Drain all the tomatoes, except for one can. Add whatever spices you like. I add a dash of ground ginger. Set on low in a crock pot for 8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours. Stir occasionally.

Typically makes 14 one cup servings.
