1 Sweet Red Pepper, Chopped2 small Zucchini, diced2 Cloves of garlic, minced2 Cups Cauliflower, small florets2 Cups Broccoli, small Florets2 Cups Green Cabbage, Shredded2 Cups Swiss Chard, chopped2 med carrots, diced1 med onion, diced1 stalk of Celery, diced1 tbs lemon juiceSalt and Pepper to taste6 Cups of Vegetable Broth
Place all ingredients in Soup Pot, Bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes. Puree with blender if desired. Makes 12 1-cup servings
