Directions
Place a cup of vanilla soymilk with 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries and 2 tbs of ground flax seed in a blender. Blend until blended.

    I liked that I'm drinking something healthy & yummy, but it was too thin for me. The flax was a bit of a nuisance, but again, I'm loving the health benefits of it. - 6/28/08
