Ingredients
1 pound turkey breast, boneless, cut into 1-inch pieces16 oz canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained15 oz canned tomato sauce29 oz canned stewed tomatoes, Italian-style4 oz mushroom(s), canned, drained and sliced1 can Niblets corn1 small bag peeled baby carrots1 medium bell pepper(s), chopped (green)1 small onion(s), chopped2 medium stalk celery, chopped3 medium garlic clove(s), chopped1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Cube turkey meat. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker or Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender. Makes six servings.
