tuna and rice muffin

7 oz can tuna3/4 cup egg white1.5 cup cooked basmati2 oz lite chedder.50 cups red pepper.5 tsp poultry seasoning.5 cups onion1 tbls mustard
Directions
mix all together and place in three oil custard cups. baked at 350 for 30 minutes
