My Homemade spaghetti sauce

Ingredients
Olive oil- 1tbspMinced garlic- 1tsp1 large White Onion (chopped)1/2 Bell pepper (chopped)18 oz ground beefTomato Paste -3- 6oz. cansTomato sauce-4- 4oz cansDiced Tomato- 1- 12-16 oz. canRed Cooking Wine- 4 ozBeef Broth- 3 cupsOregano -1 tbspBasil- 1 tbspBlack Pepper- 1 tbsp (to taste)
Directions
In large skillet , saute' minced garlic in olive oil, then add green peppers and onions until onions are transparent. Brown meat in this mixture. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and diced tomato and spices. Then transfer to a crock pot and add beef broth. Cook on low for 6 hours until it thickens. Enjoy!
