choco-raspberry smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 c fat free sugar free chocolate pudding - frozen1 c raspberries frozen1/2 c 1% milk 1/2 c low fat vanilla yogurt
Directions
Put pudding in micowave for a few seconds to make it easier to mix. Then place rest of ingredients in blender...Blend away...for a thinner smoothie add a little more milk...The seeds from the raspberries are not my favorite but the flavor is so worth it.
