Vegetable chopped salad

Ingredients
4 asparagus spears1 large carrot1 small Italian squash4 endive leaves1/2 red yellow or orange bell pepper1/2 cup alfalfa or broccoli sprouts1 can chick peas2T olive oil1T light vinegar1T lime juicesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Drop first three ingredients through running salad chopper. .thinnly slice remaider of vegetable toss with oil vinegar lime and seasonings. Makes 4 servings about 1 1/2 cups each. Good to carry for lunch to work or a picnic keeps well over night or 1 day in refrigerator. Very tasty.
