1 cup frozen strawberries 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 cup frozen cherries 2 cups orange juice 1 cup fruit punch Gatorade
Directions
- 1 4 oz. container of strawberry nonfat yogurt
Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

POPEYETHETURTLE
While a little high on carbs, Gatorade adds some nutrients not found in flavored water or extra skim milk. After all, this is a snack. It's not something you would be drinking four times a day. Everything in moderation makes this a great change. If U add fiber and protein, change the caloric values. - 11/25/09
