Kentucky Dip

2 8oz packages cream cheese2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 cup real mayo6 scallions diced1 roll ritz crackers crushed1 lb cooked bacon crumbled1 8 oz jar sweet and sour sauce
Preheat oven to 350
Mix cream cheese and mayo together then stir in the scallions and shredded cheddar. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes in a glass baking dish.
Cook 1 lb of bacon as normal. When cooled crumble the bacon.
After 20 minutes remove the cream cheese mixture from the oven. Spread 1 8 oz jar of sweet and sour sauce on top then sprinkle crushed ritz and crumpled bacon on top. Serve warm with ritz crackers.
