Sauteed Vegetable Ragout

Ingredients
1 lg. Red Pepper1 med. Onion1 c. Green Beans6 oz. Grape Tomatoes1 1/2 c. Zucchini15 oz. can Tomato Puree12-16 oz. Water1 T. saltCrushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)Parsley (to taste)
Directions
Spray large saute pan with cooking spray. Saute all vegetables until tender. Add Tomato Puree, water, and seasonings and simmer until hot. Cover and keep on low until ready to serve.
