Apple pear crumble

Ingredients
Fruit filling:2 medium pears2 medium apples1 tsp cinnamon(1/4-1/2 cup sugar to sweeten fruit - optional and not included in my nutritional calculation)Crumble topping:1/2 cup instant oats3/4 cup wholemeal plain flour1/4 cup dessicated coconut1/4 cup packed brown sugar90 grams low fat margarine1/4 chopped almonds1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Oven temp 180C (350F).
Serves 8
Peel and quarter fruit and cook with 1 tsp cinnamon in a little water until soft (but not disintergrating). Spread in baking dish.
You may choose to add sugar to the fruit, but I haven't included that in calculating the nutritional info here.
To make the crumble topping, mix all the dry ingredients together except the almonds and rub in the margarine to form crumble.
Stir in almonds.
Spread cumble mixture over fruit and bake for 30-35 minutes or until crumble is golden brown.
