Amy's quick and easy spicy pasta and veges

Ingredients
pasta shells, 3/4 cup Carrots, cooked, 1/4 cup slices Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1/4 cupPeppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1/4 cupGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1/4 cupspring onions, 1 TbspGarlic, 1/2 tsp Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 1/4 TspTomato Paste, 2 tspRice bran oil, 3/4 Tsp
Directions
1) cook pasta over a moderate heat till tender.

2) chop up veges as desired and place in a microwave safe dish with cling film over top, poke holes in it for the steam, microwave on high for 2 minutes or until tender.

3) mix garlic, chili and rice bran oil together.

4) when pasta and veges are done drain both and place in a bowl. add the garlic mix to the top and combine together.

5) Eat and enjoy!!
