4 Foster Farms Frozen Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breasts1 cup medium chunky salsa1/4 cup Dijon mustard2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Line a baking dish with foil.
2. In bowl mix salsa, mustard and lime juice.
3. Place frozen chicken breasts in pan. Top with salsa mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
4. Remove foil and continue cooking until center of the largest piece of chicken reaches 170 F, about 10-15 minutes.
5. Remove chicken to serving platter.
