Ingredients
Beans, red kidney, 2 cup (remove)Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)Beans, pinto, 2 cup (remove)*Tomato - S & W Stewed, 2 cup (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cup (remove)*Lightlife Smart Ground, 1.5 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Green Chilli P
Directions
brown the smart ground and chopped onion in the olive oil
when onions are tender put in crock pot along with all the other ingredients
Season with cajun spices, chilli powder and cumin
cook at least 2 hours in the crock pot
