Beef and Rice Taco Skillet

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef (10% fat 90% lean)1 env taco seasoning mix1 cup water1 cup salsa3 cup cooked brown rice (1 1/2 cup dry instant prepared)1 cup mexi corn drained3/4 cup (3 oz.) reduced fat shredded Mexican cheese
Directions
Brown ground beef. Drain. Add all ingredients except cheese and rice. Mix thoroughly heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Mix in rice. Top with cheese. Turn off heat. Cover with lid until cheese is melted.
