Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
4 large mushrooms4 tablespoons grated cheese4 tablespoons cooked ham or bacon1tsp salt and pepper2 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Wash and take centre core out of mushrooms. Put a tablespoon of ham or bacon into each mushroom. Sprinkle cheese on top. Salt and pepper each mushie and thendribble a bit of oil into each mushie. If doing on the BBQ wrap each mushroom individually in foil and put on the coals for about half and hour. Check if done if not put on for longer. If doing in the oven. Put mushrooms in an ovenproof dish and put oven on 200C. Leave for 15 - 20 minutes. It is done when the mushrooms start to curl at edges. This dish can also be done with peppers hollowed out and filled.
