Sesame Orange Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 bag of coleslaw mix (about 6 cups)1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar1/2 cup of Splenda1/4 cup of orange juice (fresh squeezed if possible)1 Tablespoon of grated orange zest2 teaspoons of soy sauce (low sodium if possible)2 Tablespoons of toasted sesame oil1/2 teaspoon of ground gingerpinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
Put coleslaw mix in a large plastic bowl with a lid.

Wisk other ingredients together in a seperate bowl. Pour mixture over coleslaw mix, close the lid and shake.

Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to develop. Shake again before serving.

Makes 6 aproximately 1 cup servings.
