1 lg egg1 lg egg white1 tbsp 2% milk2 slices of Natures Own 100% Whole Wheat1/2 tbsp country crock2 tbsp Maple Grove Farms, Sugar Free, Maple Flavor Syrup
Directions
spray griddle, heat griddle, scramble egg white, egg and milk. dip each bread in eggs to coat. grill bread until toasted well. top each slice with 1/2 the country crock. pour on syrup and enjoy. cook left over eggs for a little side of scrambled eggs. serves 1
