Savoy Truffles

* Walnuts, 2 cups, finely ground * *carob powder, .5 cup * Salt, 1/3 tsp. (don't see that measurement often!) * Coconut, sweetened, 1 cup (remove) * *agave nectar, 3/4 cup * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Makes 36 1/2 oz. servings
Grind walnuts in food processor, pour into mixing bowl
Add carob and salt and coconut
Mix well
Add agave nectar and olive oil
Mix well
Empty onto waxed paper, top with another sheet of waxed paper and roll out.
Divide into 36 serving pieces and chill.
