Black beans, canCorn, can tomatillo2 medium tomatos1/2 cup onion1 avocadocilantro, 1 tbsp garlic powderjalapeno, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper,
1. drain and rinse beans and corn
2. chop tomatoes, tomatillo, onion, avocado, jalapeno and cilantro
3. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder
4. Mix and refrigerate, Eat with tortilla chips or add with grilled pork or chicken.
