Ingredients
10 3/4 oz can of cream of broccoli soup1/2 cup parmesan cheese1/2 non fat milkwhole wheat blend rotini1 tblsp buttervegetable (your choice)1lb chicken breast no skin cut into bite size piecesgarlic and pepper to tasteolive oil 1 tbls
Directions
melt butter into saucepan
combine soup,parmesan cheese and milk to boiling, turn to low stirring occasionaly
Heat pasta according to package directions
the last 4 min. add vegetables to boiling pasta
saute chicken with olive oil until no longer pink
Drain pasta and vegetables
Pour soup mixture into pasta and vegetables mix well
