Skillet Shish Kabob

Ingredients
8 oz Sirloin Steak2 Tbsp Olive Oil2 cups of diced potatoes1/2 of Green Pepper1/2 of Red Pepper
Directions
Place 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil in Skillet on Medium Heat. Cut sirloin into cubes and place in skillet. I cook the diced potatoes in the microwave for about 3-5 minutes. Then add the half cooked potatoes into the skillet with the steak (steak should be browned on all sides). Cooking together for additional 10 minutes on medium. Add green and red peppers and change temp on burner to low medium for additional 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. This tastes like shish kabobs.
